Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to the Trivanta Labs public website and its informational content. Separate agreements apply to Meteor products, pilots, and paid services.

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms apply only to the public website. Access to a Meteor product, pilot, support service, partner programme, or other paid service is governed by the separate agreement accepted for that offering. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the offering-specific agreement controls.

2. Website information

The website describes Trivanta Labs, Meteor products, potential use cases, and services. Content is provided for general business information and may be changed without notice. Product screens, previews, sample data, AI outputs, roadmaps, and performance statements are illustrative unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Website content is not legal, regulatory, quality, validation, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating requirements that apply to your organisation and intended use.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, or probe systems without written permission.
  • Do not scrape, copy, frame, republish, or commercially exploit substantial website content except as permitted by law or written permission.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorised to provide.

4. Intellectual property

The website, branding, product names, designs, text, graphics, demonstrations, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Trivanta Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the public website for legitimate business evaluation and personal information purposes.

No licence to Meteor software, source code, trademarks, patents, confidential methods, or other intellectual property is granted by these terms.

5. Enquiries and feedback

You confirm that information submitted through the website is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Enquiries do not create a customer, employment, partnership, agency, or confidential relationship unless we enter a written agreement.

You may provide suggestions voluntarily. Unless separately agreed in writing, we may use general feedback without restriction or compensation, but we will continue to handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, analytics, media, communication, or other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Trivanta Labs and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from the public website, including loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and enforcement

We may restrict or block website access where we reasonably believe these terms, security, law, or another person’s rights are at risk. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies, courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the public website.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or our business changes. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
