Integrations

Meteor connects the workflow layer with the systems that already hold your evidence.

Integrations should not create another uncontrolled copy of regulated data. Meteor is designed to reference, move, or update records only where the workflow, owner, approval meaning, and audit expectation are clear.

Quality systems

Connect CAPA, deviations, complaints, audit findings, supplier quality, and other QMS records without losing ownership or evidence context.

Documents and knowledge

Link controlled documents, SOPs, training evidence, acknowledgements, and course material into the workflow users are already running.

Industrial systems

Plan integrations with ERP, MES, LIMS, equipment data, batch context, and plant systems where they strengthen decisions and audit trails.

Identity and access

Align users, roles, permissions, and approval meaning with customer identity providers and implementation rules.

Implementation approach

Start with a controlled connection, not a blanket sync.

  1. Map the workflow and system of record
  2. Decide what Meteor reads, writes, or only references
  3. Pilot with scoped data movement and clear acceptance checks
  4. Expand through reviewed APIs, exports, events, or connectors
Good integration scope:clear system of record, permitted data, reviewed workflow behavior, acceptance checks, and a known fallback if an external system is unavailable.
